1. Rolling your shoulders

Try standing straight in the center of your hot tub and then begin your workout by doing some light shoulder rolls forward and backward. Thanks to the heat and water resistance, this easy movement can help to improve your joint mobility while improving circulation to your neck, shoulders, and torso.

2. Twist your torso

Get into a standing or sitting position with your shoulders submerged and then cross your arms over your chest. Now you will want to contract your abdominal muscles and then twist slowly from right to left and then left to right. As you twist, you should exhale and then inhale as you are returning to your center. Make sure to keep your shoulders relaxed and focus on trying to improve your range of motion. It is recommended that you do around three sets of 20 to 30 twists.

3. Kick your feet

While you are in the standing position, you will want to submerge your arms underneath the water and then extend them out from your sides. With your thumbs pointed towards the sky and hands flat. Then you will need to bring your out in to touch your palms together and extend them back out. This easy movement allows you to work on your chest, biceps, triceps, and shoulders. You should do three sets of 20 to 30 repetitions.
