Fall Means Sunshine and Dry Conditions
In Pennsylvania, fall is the perfect time to build a swimming pool and put in landscaping. Fall is a great time of the year to plant trees, shrubs, and flowers around your pool. That way, the roots have time to grow before the cold weather sets in. Starting a pool in the fall means that the ground will be dry.
The fall is generally one of the drier seasons in Pennsylvania. Depending on what type of pool you want, you may have concrete that will need time to cure. The drier the conditions are, the faster the concrete will cure.

How Long Does Pool Construction Take?

If you want to get your pool in before the winter, you will need to start as early as possible in the fall. Depending on the temperature and the weather, concrete pools can take up to 12 weeks to install.
